We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Logistics Employee to join our team at Invite, an international logistics company based in Venlo. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics processes.
About the JobAs a Senior Administrative Logistics Employee, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning of incoming shipments, monitoring the progress of the pick/pack process, and preparing and processing necessary documents for inbound and outbound shipments. You will also schedule outbound orders, book shipments with carriers, and coordinate loading times. Additionally, you will identify disruptions and inform customers about them, and timely invoice shipments in Cargowise (including purchasing).
About the CompanyInvite is a dynamic and growing international logistics company that offers a full-time job in day shifts from 08:30-17:00. We provide an appropriate salary based on experience, a job for the long term with sufficient development opportunities, travel allowance, and a prospect of periodic salary increases.
Requirements- At least 1-2 years of solid experience as an administrative assistant or customer service in a similar position;
- Knowledge of logistics processes and Customs related processes such as import, export, T1 and customs clearance;
- Experience in customer contact, supply chain and OPS account management;
- Familiarity with the MS Office package and excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Command of the English language both verbally and in writing, Dutch is a plus;
- No 9 to 5 mentality and willingness to work overtime sometimes during the week or on Saturdays;
- Eager to learn, sociable and motivated mindset.
- A full-time job in day shifts from 08:30-17:00;
- An appropriate salary based on experience;

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer up to a maximum monthly amount of €286;
- Prospect of periodic salary increases;
