Wij zijn op zoek naar een Logistics Administrator Overseas om te ondersteunen bij de procesondersteuning van onze expediteurs. Als Logistics Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en controleren van begeleidende documenten behorende bij de te verladen orders (FCL/LCL/Projects).
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het opstellen van instructies richting rederijen en agenten, eindcontrole en het versturen van de documenten. Tevens verzorg je dagelijks de back-office activiteiten zoals het controleren van de Track & Trace en het invoeren van de facturatiemutaties.
Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten en rederijen en zorg je ervoor dat de documenten tijdig bij de juiste partijen zijn.
Je ben jij- Beschik je over een MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke rol
- Je weet meerdere taken te combineren en strakke deadlines te hanteren zonder de kwaliteit van het werk in gevaar te brengen.
- Je bent stressbestendig
- Je bent een fris en energiek persoon die meedenkt in oplossingen.
- Je bent accuraat
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, naast het Nederlands, zowel in de Engelse als Duitse taal in woord en geschrift
