About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our Benelux team. As a key member of our Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to our clients across the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and adoption.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken Dutch language skills (C2 level) with a good command of English.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work at least 4 days a week (32 hours).
