Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team at IQVIA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored plans to engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, with the goal of improving long-term relationships and driving business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Hospital & Tender Management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, including regular communication and feedback.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a (para) medical background.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in account management.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch.
- Strong digital mindset, capabilities, and confidence toward multichannel usage.
- Strong ability to think economically and act accordingly.
- Willingness and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Learning agility and flexibility.
- Very good relationship (networking) skills and the ability to organize yourself.
- High independence and intrinsic motivation.
- Willingness to work in a team.
