We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team at Lexius Search. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial administration of our clients, compiling annual accounts, and providing day-to-day support to their Dutch entities.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the administration of clients;
- Liaise with clients on financial matters;
- Prepare statutory annual accounts;
- Filing accounts with local authorities;
- Prepare periodic reports;
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the clients;
- Prepare and file VAT reports;
- Liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
- Academic degree in Accountancy, Finance, and Economics;
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the trust sector, accounting firm, corporate service provider or other financial institution;
- Basic knowledge of and experience with Dutch VAT;
- Basic knowledge of and experience with Dutch GAAP;
- Knowledge of and experience with IFRS (preferred);
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing);
