We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Picnic. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Fulfillment Center in Utrecht. This includes managing daily operations, leading a team of Captains, and implementing improvement projects to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations in the Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of Captains, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs, using data-driven approaches and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Collaborate with other teams within Picnic to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of Dutch language and culture.
