We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Picnic, a young and innovative start-up with a dynamic work environment. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our Fulfillment Center in Utrecht.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the Fulfillment Center, ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and develop a team of Captains, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Fluency in English, with a strong preference for Dutch language skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
