Job Title: Technical Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our international company, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support.
  • Manage the technical team, including technical sales support and business development.
  • Lead and develop daily activities, ensuring the successful operation of our cryogenic systems.
  • Represent our company at relevant events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with cryogenic systems and installations.
  • Fluency in English, as this is the working language within our company.
