Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary between €53 k - 77 k, depending on your experience and knowledge. You will also receive an attractive bonus, various growth opportunities, group health insurance where we pay 50% of the nominal costs, and a good pension scheme through our own pension fund.

Job Description

As an Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation of new product groups within the terminal as well as My Service at VTVLA. This includes alignment with the global Moves team, resource management, risk management, and benefits realization tracking & reporting. You will also ensure on-time delivery and first-time right implementation, project risk management, and benefits realization tracking & reporting. Additionally, you will monitor and execute closing of concluded OVE gaps from pre-assessments and ensure adherence to project & change management standards, methodologies, and processes.

Requirements
  • Background in Operations, Customer Services, and/or IT is preferable.
  • Proven track record in implementation of business applications in operational and CS environments.
  • Knowledge of the Vopak service delivery process (OVE) and solutions, including relevant integration aspects.
  • Acquainted with Vopak's operational standards like Product Movement, Stock Management.
  • Proven project management track record, including quality assurance, planning, scope management, and budget controls.
  • Able to organize and structure projects in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer

You will work with a global team of at least 2 roll-out consultants and a project manager. Depending on the implementation plan, we will adjust the team composition on a need basis. You will report to the Site Director Vlaardingen and be a member of the terminal steering committee during the implementation phase. You will gather best practices and use them at the VTVLA terminal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring on-time delivery and first-time right implementation of My Service at the VLA terminal.
  2. Alignment over the terminal teams and the global Moves team regarding actions, gaps, etc.
  3. Project risk management and benefits realization tracking & reporting.
  4. Monitoring and executing closing of concluded OVE gaps from pre-assessments.
  5. Project & change management standards, methodologies, and processes: ensuring adherence with the terminal departments and local Global rollout teams.
