Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement Manager to join our Procurement & Vendor Management team, a dynamic global team within our Finance function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to stakeholders such as Business Infrastructure and Platform Engineering, delivering value and enabling their strategies.
  • Lead and initiate commercial negotiations, including contract renewals and setting up new agreements.
  • Be responsible for supplier screening, onboarding, and due diligence.
  • Set paths for optimal operations in collaboration with internal teams and business owners.
  • Work with the Product team on product roadmaps, including new product introductions.
  • Monitor vendors on contractual agreements.
  • Track and report on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Software Procurement, including category management and sourcing.
  • Be organized and solve problems with a pragmatic approach.
  • Be data-driven with an analytical mindset.
  • Be a natural networker, great in stakeholder management and negotiations.
  • Be proficient in English; fluency in another language is an added advantage.
  • Have a global mindset and be able to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Have project management skills, be resourceful, and able to work independently.
