Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute project plans for procurement and finance business partners, including identifying objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
* Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the procurement process.
* Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience (5 years) in project management within finance/procurement, or a related field within the beauty, wellness, or retail industry, with a strong technological orientation.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complexity in projects and derive actionable insights.
* Ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive optimizations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance procurement processes.
* Experience with Coupa is considered advantageous for this role.
