The Client Services Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and task assignments.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for client projects.
- Collaborate with the PMIII team to ensure effective project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare and submit project-related documentation, including reports and status updates.
- Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in business process improvement activities to enhance project management processes and efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharma or CRO environment.
- Strong understanding of GXP requirements and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, define solutions, and implement changes.
- Scientific degree or equivalent work experience in a pharma/CRO environment.
