Job Summary

The Client Services Project Manager II will be responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation and task assignments.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for client projects.
  • Collaborate with the PMIII team to ensure effective project execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Prepare and submit project-related documentation, including reports and status updates.
  • Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in business process improvement activities to enhance project management processes and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharma or CRO environment.
  • Strong understanding of GXP requirements and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, define solutions, and implement changes.
  • Scientific degree or equivalent work experience in a pharma/CRO environment.
