Job Opportunity
At Balenciaga Netherlands B.V., we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a key role in the store, you will be responsible for driving sales results by providing exceptional customer service and representing the Balenciaga brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive sales results
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality services and values
- Engage clients through authentic and long-term relationships
- Work closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests
- Provide feedback on client activity and market trends
- Maintain display and organization of all areas per visual merchandising guidelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role or a role with transferable skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of market and fashion trends
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Strong administration and digital skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English & Dutch
