We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Associate to join our team in Benelux. As an FP&A Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the local FP&A Lead, FD, and Local Excom in preparing financial reports, analyzing performance, and planning and reporting Marketing & Sales budgets and OPEX.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the FP&A Manager in preparing OL, LE, and ASP financial reports
- Analyze performance of plans versus actuals
- Plan and report Marketing & Sales budgets and OPEX
- Support with excise modeling, ensure accurate price setup, and compliance with company operating guidelines
- Participate in ad-hoc projects within the market
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Financial qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is an advantage
- Preferably financial analysis or controlling experience in a multinational company (FMCG would serve as an advantage)
- Fluent English
- MS Office, SAP, or similar ERP system experience is an advantage
