Retail Sales Development Manager Benelux

NielsenIQ is a global leader in measurement and data analytics, providing unparalleled insights into consumer behavior and market trends. As a Retail Sales Development Manager Benelux, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth across the NIQ & GfK portfolio in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Industry Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, business models, and consumer behavior.
- Sales Growth: Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve quarterly sales targets, focusing on the NIQ & GfK solution portfolio.
- Client Development: Expand our client base among the retail industry, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders and proactively seeking opportunities to offer additional services.
- Business Development: Leverage the entire NIQ & GfK portfolio to drive revenue growth across our solutions and brands, focusing on a long tail of retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders across buying centers of existing retail partners and key prospects, introducing our services and benefits using strategic selling techniques.
- RFP Management: Manage RFPs from need assessment to pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing larger deals in collaboration with key account managers and our brands.
- Networking: Represent NielsenIQ at retail industry and networking events, building a network of effective and meaningful relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast revenue to your line manager and ensure pipeline accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against personal targets and objectives.
- SaaS solutions sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Retail, FMCG, or software background experience.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
