Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Industry Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, business models, and customer needs.
- Sales Growth: Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve quarterly sales targets, expanding our client base among retailers and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Business Development: Leverage our comprehensive portfolio of Business Intelligence solutions to drive client growth, focusing on category management, pricing, and supply chain optimization.
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively seek opportunities to offer additional services, building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the buying centers of existing retail partners and key prospects.
- RFP Management: Collaborate with Key Account Managers and ADs to manage RFPs from need assessment to pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing larger deals.
- Networking and Representation: Represent NielsenIQ at retail industry events and conferences, building a network of effective relationships to maximize business opportunities.
- Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue and ensure pipeline accuracy, driving business growth and success.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against personal targets and objectives.
- SaaS solutions sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs.
- Retail, FMCG, or software background experience.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Dutch and English.
