We're seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Development Executive to join our team in Benelux, driving significant new business opportunities across our NIQ & GfK portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Industry Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, including market trends, business models, and customer needs.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and drive new business opportunities to achieve quarterly sales targets, expanding our client base among retailers and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Leverage our comprehensive portfolio of Business Intelligence solutions to drive client growth, focusing on category management, pricing, and supply chain optimization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Proactively seek opportunities to offer additional services, building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the buying centers of existing retail partners and key prospects.
  • RFP Management: Collaborate with Key Account Managers and ADs to manage RFPs from need assessment to pitch presentations, negotiation, and closing larger deals.
  • Networking and Representation: Represent NielsenIQ at retail industry events and conferences, building a network of effective relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast revenue and ensure pipeline accuracy, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing revenue targets, with a strong desire to consistently overachieve against personal targets and objectives.
  • SaaS solutions sales experience with a proven track record of delivering strong results against revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Retail, FMCG, or software background experience.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English.
