Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an IT Infrastructure and Service Desk Engineer Intern. In this role, you will support the infrastructure team and the service desk team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of procedures and documentation for the Infrastructure team and the Service Desk team.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Infrastructure team and the Service Desk team.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technologies and projects alongside the team.
  • Ensure the organization's IT systems are functioning efficiently and proactively identify issues that may arise.
  • Constantly improve our way of working.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong communication skills
