Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Sales Manager Oil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners across Europe.

Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, establishing effective sales strategies, and managing the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. You will also be responsible for attending project meetings, supporting our clients' activities within your region, and creating and executing marketing activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Sales & Marketing (Global) to help shape the future of our software solutions and services, particularly in Pipeline Management Solutions and Leak Detection Systems. Your contributions will be crucial to our growth and success in the region.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners across Europe.
  • Manage the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Attend project meetings and support our client's activities within your region.
  • Create and execute marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
Requirements
  • A driven and energetic team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process Automation, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
