Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our import logistics team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the transportation of ocean import orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and book ocean import shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation, including commercial invoices and bills of lading.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and tracing information.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in ocean import logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
