Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team at Neways, a global leader in electronics innovation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Semicon, Smart Mobility, and Connectivity.

You will be the driving force behind our most impactful, multidisciplinary projects, ranging from 'new business' to 'continuous improvement'. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing project plans that lead to success, with clear timelines, tight budgets, and thoughtful risk management.
• Collaborating with teams across our diverse operating companies to work on groundbreaking projects that truly make a difference.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are in check, and quality remains our top priority.
• Communicating clearly and proactively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.

To excel in this position, you will need to have at least several years of experience in technical project or program management in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to semicon, smart mobility, or connectivity. You will also need to possess:

• A bachelor's degree (HBO), preferably in a technical or business administration field.
• Demonstrable affinity with technology and experience in the EMS industry.
• Strong 'can do' mindset and customer focus.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers.
• A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations.
• Strongly analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25% working time).
