We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to enhance our learning materials and training content. As a Learning Solutions Designer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various college learning programs to develop cross-sector offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of new and existing learning materials and training content.
  • Collaborate with various college learning programs to identify needs and develop cross-sector offerings.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis on a solution level to understand design requirements.
  • Develop global learning solutions and role-based learning journeys for Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Work closely with the Content Curator to analyze newly created learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development/Learning Center of Expertise organization to design effective learning interventions following ASML Academy guidelines.
  • Maintain expertise in relevant L&D topics, including instructional design and design thinking methodologies.
  • Support other initiatives within the Sales, Sourcing & Supply Chain Community & Learning Team, including knowledge sharing events and fostering a learning mindset in the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a learning professional with end-to-end responsibility for program design and development.
  • Deep expertise in instructional design, design thinking methodologies, and modern workplace learning solutions.
  • Experience in Sales, Sourcing, or Supply Chain is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various supporting departments and stakeholders.
  • Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proactive attitude and go-getter mentality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to define, prioritize, and plan tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic team player.
  • Eagerness to learn and further develop professional expertise.
