Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement practical process improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Measure and report key performance indicators to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with finance to build operational budgets and calculate financial impacts of improvement initiatives.
  • Deploy process improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage, coach, and develop leaders to embrace process improvement concepts and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or science preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement related capacity with exposure to lean principles and techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
