Product Manager, Digital Secure Payments
As a Product Manager in our Digital Secure Payments team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital payments. You will work closely with our Engineering, Partnerships, Implementation Management, In-Person and Online Payments, Compliance and Regulatory teams, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative and secure payment solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for prioritizing and planning exercises, working closely with commercial, support, and development teams to define the product roadmap.
- You will lead projects and deliver product development work together with engineers, and be involved in prioritization and planning exercises.
- You will identify improvements for various transaction flows and be responsible for getting such changes live for Adyen's merchants.
- You will communicate with merchants and cooperate with various internal teams at Adyen.
- You will work with important external stakeholders such as Visa, Mastercard, or local regulators across cultures and time zones.
Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 5 years of international working experience in product management.
- You have hands-on experience with Visa and Mastercard payment systems, preferably from an acquiring perspective.
- You can extract the 'bigger picture' out of a complex situation and balance short-term versus long-term business needs.
- You are able to structure, deliver, and communicate project plans in cross-functional teams with analysts and software engineers.
- You are knowledgeable on EMVCo's technologies, such as 3D-Secure, Tokenization, Secure Remote Commerce, and regulations such as PSD2-SCA.
