Als Senior Quality Engineer bij 4people ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen. Je zult een cruciale rol spelen in de ontwikkeling en implementatie van onze producten, waarbij je je focus zal leggen op de continuïteit en verbetering van onze processen.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • Je zult toezicht houden op de kwalificatie en vrijgave van producten en processen.
  • Je zult de product- en proceskwaliteit evalueren door middel van audits, statistische technieken en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je zult multidisciplinair overleg organiseren voor het continu verbeteren van de toegewezen programma's en zal rechtstreeks afstemmen met de klant.
  • Je zult de interne processen bewaken en zal bezig zijn met het stimuleren van standaardisatie.
Eisen
  • Je hebt ervaring in de Medical Device industrie (sterke voorkeur); kennis van andere gereguleerde markten, zoals automotive of farmacie, heeft ook de voorkeur.
  • Je hebt kennis van of interesse in relevante normen, wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bijv. richting Technische Bedrijfskunde of Engineering).
  • Je bent grondig en daadkrachtig en een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en zelfverzekerd genoeg om problemen aan te kaarten en verbeteringen af te dwingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving.
