Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at 4people. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
