About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team at Youwe. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional e-commerce solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored e-commerce solutions.
  • Lead client-facing workshops to extract business requirements and identify underlying needs.
  • Translate business requirements into practical solutions, including costing.
  • Support developers and delivery managers during project implementation.
  • Continuously improve and refine e-commerce solutions to meet evolving client needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Graduate-level ability or training in a relevant software or business subject.
  • Previous experience in a consultant or developer role, preferably at a digital agency.
  • Demonstrable experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Sound knowledge of relational databases and data structures.
  • An excellent command of English.
