Job Title: Senior Implementation Consultant

We're looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you'll work with our clients to implement e-commerce solutions that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for bridging the business and IT from pre-sales to go-live and further enhancements.

Your Role
  • Work with clients to extract business requirements and identify underlying needs
  • Translate business requirements into practical solutions, including costing
  • Support developers and delivery managers during projects
  • Continuously involved after go-live, training users, resolving issues, and putting forward recommendations based on the client's IT landscape and growth strategy
Requirements
  • Graduate-level ability or training in a relevant software or business subject
  • Previous experience in a consultant or developer role, preferably at a digital agency
  • Demonstrable experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations
  • Sound knowledge of relational databases and data structures, and a keen interest in or familiarity with PIM platforms
  • An excellent command of English
