Commercial and Sales Excellence Director for IGT-S Services and Solutions

Job Description:

As a Commercial and Sales Excellence Director for IGT-S Services and Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the commercial and sales excellence enablement program for the IGT-S business unit. Your primary goal will be to secure and enhance customer acquisition, success, and retention, laying the foundation for overall growth in specific regions.

Within this program, you will improve customer acquisition efforts for services and solutions as part of the integral offer, while enhancing sales channel collaboration across existing and new customer touchpoints. You will support local action planning versus targets, facilitate training, enablement, and support of sales teams.

Your Role:

  • Plan and execute commercial and sales excellence enablement for services and solutions, ensuring the execution of corrective actions in markets to achieve AOP commitments for maintenance, maximizer, and education.
  • Analyze sales excellence maturities and create and deploy lead and funnel management through marketing and sales programs.
  • Develop and roll out commercial excellence playbooks for different sources of business, including maximizer and field extensions.
  • Initiate retention and growth programs from a sales enablement perspective, including journey mapping, progress, and adoption reporting, and customer success management.
  • Partner with the Market Services Leader and BU BM&S to align and enable ongoing performance management against plan with market zones and regions.
  • Support local go-to-market strategies to drive profitable growth, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion.
  • Align with the IGT Services and Solutions Product Marketing team on the portfolio for markets, setting up and executing roadmap deployment for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing out of existing products to ensure an optimal product portfolio.
  • Analyze market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends, and margin performance to project future trends and develop relevant market approaches.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You have a Master's degree in Business Economics and/or Marketing.
  • You have 5-10 years of experience in CRM marketing or a downstream commercial management role.
  • You have experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with sales excellence deployment.
  • You can synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
  • You have a self-starting mentality, are structured, analytically strong, and results-driven.
  • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, and have a local language proficiency.
  • You are willing to travel up to approximately 10%.
