Are you skilled at resolving maintenance issues in an office environment? Do you have a knack for ensuring that all operational needs are met? As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for all facility-related tasks.
Your Role
At DSV, our primary focus is delivering third-party logistics services to our clients. In this role, you and your facilities team will ensure that our premises and equipment are maintained efficiently. You will work in a modern facility, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
With a practical mindset, hands-on skills, and the necessary technical expertise, you will oversee all facility operations and processes. You will manage contracts, certifications, and service agreements, ensuring they are current. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for operational needs regarding packaging supplies and other materials in the warehouse. You will also oversee waste management, cleaning services, and other maintenance tasks.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Addressing initial fault reports and performing or coordinating technical maintenance on our facilities and equipment;
• Procuring facility services and managing these operations;
• Maintaining and managing the inventory of supplies, including packaging materials, pallets, and more.
Your team is recognized within DSV for its extensive knowledge of facilities and systems. We possess the expertise to conduct systematic maintenance and perform thorough assessments in case of any issues.

Your Qualifications
• Relevant experience in a similar role, such as facilities management, maintenance, or technical support;
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English;
• A practical approach, common sense, and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Possession of a lift and/or reach truck certification is advantageous, but we offer opportunities to obtain these through DSV.
All of these qualifications are essential for the Facilities Coordinator position. It is also crucial that you feel comfortable in our environment, which is likely if you are proactive, courageous, and eager to grow with DSV.
