Job Title: Facility Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Specialist to join our team at DSV in Venlo. As a Facility Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and machinery, as well as coordinating waste flows, cleaning activities, and other maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle first-line fault reports and carry out or outsource technical maintenance on our buildings, business equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Purchase facility services and coordinate these.
  • Deliver and manage the stock of consumables, such as tape, pallets, packaging materials, and more.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position, such as facilities employee, maintenance employee, or technical employee.
  • Command of both Dutch and English.
  • Common sense, practical attitude, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A competitive salary, ranging from €2320 to €3150 gross per month.
