Job Title: Facility Specialist

Join DSV, a global leader in transport and logistics, as a Facility Specialist in our new branch in Venlo. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain facilities and equipment, including performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Purchase and manage facility services and supplies, including consumables and packaging materials
  • Coordinate waste flows, cleaning activities, and other maintenance activities
  • Handle first-line fault reports and carry out or outsource technical maintenance as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position, such as facilities employee, maintenance employee, or technical employee
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English
  • Common sense, practical attitude, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Lift and/or reach truck certificate an advantage, but not required
