Software Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team at Coders Connect. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and delivering mission-critical IT solutions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, microservices, Maven/Gradle, and REST APIs. Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) at C2 level is also required.

Key Responsibilities- Architect and Develop Solutions: Design and develop high-quality, scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Collaborate: Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business needs while maintaining simplicity and effectiveness.
- Problem-Solving: Address complex technical challenges, turning them into actionable solutions.
- Innovation: Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.
- Quality: Adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and performance optimization to uphold high software quality standards.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in Java development, ideally Java 17 and Kotlin.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, microservices, Maven/Gradle, and REST APIs (SOAP/GraphQL is a bonus). Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab/Azure DevOps), and cloud-native development.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) at C2 level.
