About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Delta Electronics EMEA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in the European region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing distributors, channel partners, and customers to ensure consistent sales growth and profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MCIS market, including tendering support, cost negotiations, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans to ensure consistent growth and profitability in line with Delta's objectives.
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of the MCIS product and competitor landscape in the region.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the MCIS market.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in channel business development, preferably in the power infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dutch and English are mandatory, with German being an advantage.
