Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
Nike is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our People Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional transportation benefits to our employees in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute Nike's car and mobility programs for employees in EMEA.
- Provide high-level support to internal Nike customers and engage with external vendors.
- Manage vendor performance, stakeholder relationships, and ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Develop and maintain a program portfolio of the Company Car Program and other transportation benefits in multiple countries.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on all questions related to this portfolio, both for employees and external vendors.
What You'll Work On:
You will be responsible for a program portfolio of the Company Car Program and other transportation benefits in multiple countries. You will be the Subject Matter Expert on all questions related to this portfolio, both for employees and external vendors.
Day-to-Day:
You will start your day catching up on an incoming employee query related to an upcoming lease car delivery. Afterwards, you will connect with leasing company to organize the car delivery and reallocate the returned car to a new hired employee. Then, you will connect with the Benefits CoE and local HR teams on an extension of the Micro Mobility program that requires engagement with the vendor and system integrations. You will identify an improvement for automating the Benefit In Kind calculation, meaning you will work with Payroll, Data Management and HR Systems to implement this improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR Operations is required, 3 years at least.
- Vendor performance management experience.
- Affinity with HR systems (Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred).
- Attention to detail and a validated problem-solving mentality.
- You are an outstanding teammate who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment and enjoys working and supporting people.
- In addition, you have phenomenal communication skills to connect and partner with multiple Nike & external partners.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum, additional European languages a plus.
