Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation and execution of Nike's car and mobility programs for our employees in EMEA. As a Transportation Benefits Delivery Solutions Analyst, you will provide high-level support to internal Nike customers and actively engage with external vendors. Your key responsibilities will include vendor performance management, stakeholder management, and delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Nike's Move to Zero by operationalizing the implementation of the EV Company Car Program and (home) charging solutions.
- Lead end-to-end car and mobility benefit-related work within the hire to retire process (lease car ordering, surplus management).
- Perform Payroll reporting, eligibility checks, and Benefit in Kind processing and auditing.
- Drive continuous process improvement in the end-to-end process and policy, focused on efficiency and employee experience.
- Bring a problem-solving approach and implement accordingly when facing internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes, and/or services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR Operations is required, 3 years at least.
- Vendor performance management experience.
- Affinity with HR systems (Workday and/or ServiceNow preferred).
- Attention to detail and a validated problem-solving mentality.
- You are an outstanding teammate who easily adapts to a dynamic and changing environment and enjoys working and supporting people.
- In addition, you have phenomenal communication skills to connect and partner with multiple Nike & external partners.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum, additional European languages a plus.
