Strategic Product Innovator for AWL-Techniek

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Innovation Leader to join our team at AWL-Techniek. As an Innovation Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and product development within our organization.

SalaryThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
Job ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as an Innovation Leader will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative product ideas that align with our business strategy and goals;
- Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and features;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies that can drive business growth and competitiveness;
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects;
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in software development, product management, or a related field;
- Excellent technical skills, including programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders;
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, version control systems, and cloud-based technologies;
- A good command of English language, both written and spoken.
