We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at PPHE Hotel Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering marketing plans, identifying commercial initiatives, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Main Responsibilities- Marketing Plans: Coordinate, plan, and deliver regional and hotel annual and 90-day plans alongside the wider marketing team.
- Commercial Strategy: Identify commercial initiatives and opportunities that will drive exposure, bookings, and covers for the hotel and outlets. Liaise with Sales, Meetings & Revenue Teams to support commercial goals of hotels.
- Stakeholder Meetings: Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial, and Operational meetings where required.
- B2C, B2B, M&E: Work alongside the Vice President Brand & Content Marketing and Director of Marketing Operations to coordinate and deliver B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns and relevant PPHE marketing activity.
- Partnerships: Be the key point of contact to coordinate marketing opportunities with key third-party partners and report, track activity, and communicate results for all relevant campaigns and initiatives.
- Content: Support with photo, video, and multi-media shoots across the estate, including planning and distribution. Oversee the regular audit of all regional marketing channels to ensure currency, relevancy, and accuracy, including websites, OTA's, listings, partnerships, and apps.
- Estimated Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 per annum
