About the Role
We are seeking a Treasury Systems Specialist to join our Global Treasury team in our HQ. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the optimal performance of Fugro's Treasury systems.
In this role, you will focus on delivering insights from our data, working closely with relevant business partners to improve our treasury service level. You will collaborate with Fugro's Financial Operation community, Global IT, and ERP implementation partners to enhance quality, performance, and connectivity of systems.
Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the Treasury Systems Landscape, including TIS, TMS, SWIFT, and electronic banking tools.
- You will perform business analysis for all treasury systems and provide technical business requirements for implementation by developers.
- You will drive connectivity and integration with other non-treasury systems.
- You will initiate and execute report and process automation.
- You will write and maintain procedures for automation and reporting processes and user training material for relevant Financial Operations teams.
- You will identify and mitigate risks, plan system testing, and maintenance cycles.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- You have relevant experience in ERP, TMS implementation, and change management.
- You possess working knowledge of global cash management, payments, and general treasury principles and best practices.
- You are organized, and not afraid to make thoughtful recommendations and take action.
- You have excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
