About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our climate transformation strategy, working closely with our procurement team to decarbonize our supply chain. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our supplier decarbonization program, aligning with our ambitious goals and driving positive change within the industry.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Sustainability or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Beauty or CPG industry.
  • Strong understanding of climate expertise, supplier carbon data management, and reporting.
  • Experience in complex multinational companies and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of synthesizing data to drive business decisions.
