We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Project Director to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Delivery department, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex digital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction;">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and product departments, to develop and implement project plans and timelines;">
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects;">
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;">
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures;">
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement;">
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;">
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines;">
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture;">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience in managing digital projects, preferably in an agency environment;">
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards;">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks;">
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups;">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively;">
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello;">
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;">
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus;">
