We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at Undutchables. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our German and English speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers via various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their issues and queries.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Welcome new customers and seamlessly integrate them into our e-commerce platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
  • Mentorship and Training: Guide and mentor junior technical support staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Escalation and Complex Support: Handle escalated cases and complex technical support issues, working closely with our development, product, and customer success teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and company operations, identifying areas for growth and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our development, product, and customer success teams to resolve problems, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably with experience in e-commerce or SAAS.
  • Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and product configuration/integration skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability: Willingness to work approximately once a week in the evening/weekend.
  • Personal Qualities: Clear communication skills, a supportive and flexible attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
