Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS). They will implement our Cloud Technology strategy throughout their territory, manage sales rep performance, and develop long-term relationships with senior-level customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and own the sales of Oracle Cloud Technology within your territory.
- Lead, drive, and deliver new cloud sales revenues across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS & PaaS).
- Implement the Oracle Cloud Tech strategy throughout your territory.
- Manage sales rep performance with objectives, targets, and provide regular 1:1 coaching.
- Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven years of experience in sales management and experience working on complex/Large Enterprises, preferably Financial Services Industry.
- Proven track record in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services.
- Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Creative with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
- Knowledge of Oracle products is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including flexible and remote working options, learning and development opportunities, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.
