About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leadership Director to lead our Net New field-based sales organization across the Benelux region. As a proven sales leader, you will be responsible for driving net new sales growth, maximizing revenues, and meeting corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and lead an outside/field sales team of 5
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy in line with the corporate strategies and goals
  • Deliver profitable sales growth, ensuring Infor reaches its profitable growth objectives
  • Coach and provide expertise, knowledge, and best practices to enhance the sales execution of all sales deals
  • Utilize a highly principled sales approach, tying in with Infor's Principle-Based Management ethos
  • Be a talent developer, coach, and mentor; investing time in individual members of the team at every level
Requirements
  • Candidates will have substantial sales leadership experience in Cloud/SaaS, with a strong history of sales growth and success
  • Have customer-facing, large complex sales management experience, contract management, pricing expertise, and be a proven collaborator across internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a proven track record of profitable growth
  • Have experience recruiting and developing talent
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of value selling, as well as principles-based management
  • Thrive in a transformational environment
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around €120,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
