Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at H&M Group. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor and analyze stock levels to ensure high availability for our customers.
  • Collaborate with our Online Operations Manager and service providers to drive logistics operations.
  • Create forecasts using available data from stakeholders.
  • Handle incidents, manage change requests, and conduct acceptance testing.
  • Inform end-users about new releases and changes in functionality or procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with garment care and packaging standards.
  • Monitor and order packaging materials as needed.
  • Work closely with our Online Superuser team and provide support when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, administration, or IT.
  • Experience in system management and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Strong planning and prioritizing skills, with a proactive approach.
  • IT-savvy, with a willingness to learn multiple IT systems.
  • Proficiency in Power-BI and SQL, or a willingness to learn.
  • Clear and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with any additional languages a plus.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel.
