Job Description

To succeed in our fast-paced e-commerce environment, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across our supply chain.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate logistics operations to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics processes.
  • Ensure compliance with H&M Group's logistics policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with logistics software.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
