About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Dutch-speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our team in Almere, Netherlands. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new customers, following up on leads, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product recommendations
  • Delivering persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services
  • Closing sales deals and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborating with the sales team and support team
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Min. 1+ years of work experience in comparable B2B sales environment or customer-facing sales role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
