Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and help us conquer the German and Italian cannabis markets. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the specified markets to expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Sales Order Value (SOW) through a solid understanding of our products and services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot and adhere to our sales process.
- An interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market.
- Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
- Professional-level spoken and written German or Italian is essential (as well as professional level English).
- 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role, servicing multiple accounts.
- Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
We offer a competitive base salary of €3,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure (sliding scale) between 2% to 4%, with a proven On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential between €50,000 and €100,000. Additionally, a 1% override on existing business is included.
This is a four-stage process:
- We will hold short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates ASAP.
- Follow-up longform interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held as soon as possible.
- There will be a final interview stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
