About the Role

Simply Green B.V. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to expand our presence in the German and Italian cannabis markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, increasing average order value, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base
  • Increase AOV and SOW through a solid understanding of our products and services
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics
Requirements
  • Interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis market
  • Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed
  • Professional-level spoken and written German or Italian is essential
  • 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role
  • Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs
What We Offer
  • Base salary of €2,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure

This is a four-stage process, with initial screening interviews, longform interviews, and a final interview stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy.

Our team is dedicated to setting the standard in the CBD and cannabis industry in Europe, covering distribution and logistics in the Netherlands, and formulation and manufacturing in the Czech Republic.
