Dynamic Sales Professionals for German and Italian Markets

We are a leading name in the CBD and cannabis industry in Europe, with a strong presence in wholesale import and export.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the specified markets to expand our customer base. You will increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Sales Overhead per Salesperson (SOW) through a solid understanding of our products and services, maximizing every opportunity.
- You will conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
You will keep records of client interactions and opportunities using our CRM Hubspot and adhere to our sales process.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have an interest in CBD and/or regulated cannabis markets.
- Able to follow process and use sales tools as instructed.
- Professional-level spoken and written German or Italian is essential, as well as professional-level English.
- 2+ years in an account management or direct sales role, servicing multiple accounts.
- Ability to develop strategies and use performance KPIs.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with using CRM systems is helpful.
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to think creatively.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and develop connections to improve sales and increase revenues.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Competitive base salary of €3,000 per month, complemented by an attractive commission structure (sliding scale) between 2% to 4%, with a proven On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential between €50,000 and €100,000. Additionally, a 1% override on existing business is included.
This is a four-stage process:
- Short initial screening interviews via Google Meet with potentially suitable candidates ASAP.
- Follow-up longform interview for those who are a good match for the role and these will be held as soon as possible.
- Final interview stage where suitable candidates will be asked to present their sales strategy to the interview panel.
