About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Integration Strategist to lead our team of IT Integrators and IT Business Analysts at ING Netherlands. As an expert in IT management, you will be responsible for creating an awesome work atmosphere, aligning with stakeholders, and developing high-level strategic guidance.

In this role, you will have a direct influence on customer satisfaction and will be expected to put the customer's interests first in all your work. You will also be responsible for knowledge development within the ING Way-of-Work and will play a constructive role in enhancing the broader IT organization.

Responsibilities
  • Create an inspiring work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
  • Align with IT Lead, IT Area Leads, and business on delivery and priority of work.
  • Use expertise to attract and retain top talent and create an exceptional engineering culture.
  • Develop employees' engineering craftsmanship and provide high-level strategic guidance.
  • Lead significant transformative initiatives with broad-reaching international effects.
  • Promote creativity and originality by catalysing internal conferences.
  • Ensure adherence to IT risk, security, and compliance commitments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be an AWESOME leader, inspiring and energizing others. Your excellent strategic management skills, empowering people management style, and end-to-end ownership mindset are essential for this position.

You should have a proven track record of experience in IT management, preferably in a complex matrix organisation. Your Agile context experience, strong leadership and people management skills, and continuous improvement mindset make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €120,000 - €180,000 depending on your level of experience. You can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and development, flexible working hours, and a dynamic work environment.
